A beautiful small batch from Teeling, the first new distillery in Dublin for 125 years. Nose: Floral and herbaceous with rich raisin and creamy vanilla. Palate: Lots of dried fruits, more vanilla on the palate with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. Finish: Long and warming with winter
