Rosy Old Tom Gin - Batch 2 accessories To commemorate the King's CoronationThis is a 48% ABV Old Tom style gin. We couldnt resist making this as we have masses of huge Rosehips in the Autumn growing here at the Distillery. It is made with a combination of our gins at a high ABV so you get lots of underlying subtle flavours cutting through the fruit and sugar. It starts off really pinky in colour but turns much paler when the sugar is added. Great as a late night drink or in a hip flask anytime while you are out in the
