Ironstone Gully Falls are situated between Capel and Donnybrook in our state's southwest. The area where the falls are located was allocated to be a recreational area in the very early 1900's. These falls are only flowing through the winter months after weeks of heavy rain. The water, which is a tributary from the Capel River, flows along the ground and cascades over a rocky ledge.
